DON'T WORRY! This may seem hard to some people, but it's actually VERY, VERY SIMPLE TO DO!
I created this in Photoshop CS2, but any other Photoshop should work as well.
I started out with a 450x165. 72 resolution, and RGB Color at 8 bit.
First off, fill the background with black, and change your color WHITE to make the text.
You can type whatever text you would like, in this case, I used "Mission Graphix", font also is your choice, I used Agency FB.

Then goto Layer>Rasterize>Type.
After that, Layer>Duplicate Layer.
Then: Edit>Transform>Vertical.

Next, drag the Copy of your text layer DIRECTLY under the REAL first text layer.

Next, do this: Edit>Transform>Perspective.
After that you will get a different screen menu/type thing. ONLY DO THIS: On the TOP of your Photoshop Window, below the menu of File, Edit, Image, Layer, etc... is a little bar, in that bar, one line of text says: "H:[100.0%]", change that to "H:[75%]"

Now in your Layers box, change the opacity of the Copyed Text layer to 50%.
And this is Reflection Text! Hope your really like it and use it in the future, enjoy!
